Each Letters of Light envelope is hand-assembled with care and sent directly to you. Because of the personal and perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on delivered envelopes.

If your envelope arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us at hello@lossesbecomegains.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
